A good design process puts ideas through a battle test and helps everyone learn about and build better systems. It takes work and can be tedious at times. When it feels like time is being wasted, duplicating information, please look at the process as perhaps it’s gotten bloated. A good design can take a lot of creativity and requires many diagrams and other visuals to clarify. The process takes work, but it can all be productive; it doesn’t have to be a hated task! #bendevtip
