"" "That said, flowing in and out of a focused state like that is a skill — the ability to rapidly context switch is challenging but valuable once mastered. " "" "For me, I find that noting down the last thought I was thinking through on my way out of a context helps me return to that context much faster than without, as I read my note and the “contextual stack” rushes back in. Maybe you need to note down the last 2-3 to regain your place, or something else works for you — find what works!
