While I had been thinking about it for a few years since completing my master's thesis in the same focus area, I didn't start commercializing Sentitrac seriously until July of this year." I've been the general counsel for the business, setting up the business entity and looking into potential IP protections (IE patent, copyright). I've been the head of design, hiring a design agency (ThreeSixtyEight) to produce a brand identity and redesign existing pages that would set up the business' visual identity for years." "" "Of course, I've also been a software engineer, building all the wiring for retrieving projections and news about players, and processing it all into what you see on sentitrac.com -- and of course building sentitrac.com itself! What's funny is in a big company, 4+ people would've done the software engineering I just described: an AI engineer to build the projection model, a data engineer to create the pipes, backend engineer to connect the data to the application, and a web engineer to implement the design! The first (Eisman Digital Consulting) handles all my social media, unburdening me from a near-daily task -- posting to Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok!
