Hope everyone had a great long weekend! I love a 3-day weekend like everyone else, but when splitting time between two major projects at work, a shorter week makes the split harder to manage. " "" "Generally, I focus on one of my two big projects daily while ignoring the other. This lets me still get into an excellent focused zone each day because I otherwise get less done if I constantly switch contexts. " "" "I still work on both daily since many others work on the same projects, and I want to stay caught up! However, I reserve daily time and attention for just one of the two projects. " "" "With an InDay this Friday, it's an especially short week at LinkedIn, and it's Eng IC Career Development week, so major progress on projects will have to wait until the next work week anyway!
