Consulting services are scheduled and fulfilled according to mutually agreed-upon dates and times. Upon successful payment, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing your consultation appointment or access information.
Subscriptions, if offered, are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive an email with subscription details, including access instructions and any relevant account information.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but there are generally no refunds on consulting services for time worked. For subscriptions, refunds may be available on a case by case basis.
